By accessing or signing into JDResume via Google or LinkedIn credentials, you enter into a binding agreement to comply with our Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any terms outlined herein, you are advised to discontinue accessing our AI career suite.
2. Platform Usage & AI Credits
JDResume provides candidates with automated job description analysis, match evaluation, and PDF resume tailoring features powered by algorithmic AI engines. Every authenticated user is automatically granted 5 complimentary monthly credits to explore our matching capabilities. Additional high-volume credits purchased through UPI transaction interfaces are non-transferable between distinct user accounts.
3. Acceptable Use & Anti-Scraping Policy
Users agree not to deploy fraudulent automation bots, abusive API polling scripts, or unauthorized data mining spiders against our job listing databases or candidate rendering endpoints. Any attempt to compromise server infrastructure or exploit credit balance ledgers will result in immediate termination of account access without notice.
4. Limitation of Liability
While our autonomous AI job engine continuously reviews and verifies career opportunities from corporate career boards and recruiter feeds, JDResume does not assume liability for external recruitment schedules, salary amendments, or employer interviewing outcomes. All application submissions remain at the ultimate discretion of the prospective hiring corporation.
5. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the usage of JDResume software services shall be governed by applicable legal statutes and subject to amicable arbitration or legal resolution under relevant civil jurisdiction in India.
