JDResume utilizes an instant digital micro-credit ledger system. When you purchase AI ATS credit packages via our verified UPI payment gateways (PayNotify / BHIM UPI), your user balance is topped up automatically with digital tokens that unlock compute-heavy AI job evaluations and resume PDF generation.
2. Refund Eligibility & Exceptions
Due to the immediate digital provisioning of computational AI resources upon successful payment confirmation, credit top-up purchases are generally considered non-refundable once applied to an active user account balance. However, JDResume enforces full refund protection under the following specific anomalies:
- Transaction Duplication: If an unforeseen bank connectivity hiccup results in duplicate debit transactions for a single credit order.
- Uncredited Payments: If a valid UPI debit occurs from your banking account, but system network time-outs prevent credits from registering on your dashboard within 24 hours.
3. Refund Resolution & Timeline
Approved refund disputes are processed immediately upon verification of banking UPI transaction reference receipts (UTR). Refunds are initiated directly back to the originating banking source account or UPI address within 3 to 5 business days following resolution approval.
