At the start of every calendar month (UTC timezone), signing into your candidate dashboard will trigger an automated credit verification that ensures your basic account stands topped up to at least 5 complimentary monthly credits without cost.
4. Fulfillment Assistance
If your account balance fails to update following successful payment debit confirmation, our automated recovery agents or human support officers will rectify your account immediately upon receipt of your UPI Reference (UTR) identifier:
